Anybody with a semblance of football intelligence (so that probably explains everything ) knows a point at Anfield in any season in any decade is a good point. When you have half a team missing in a season when things are going far from right it is a doubly good point.
And when you have the ABU brigade cackling like banshees, sharping their knives thinking a Liverpool trouncing of United is a forgone conclusion it is a trebly good point
The result knocked you sick didn't it sad sack

On closer inspection I have to say what a tremendous rear guard preformance from United on Sunday.
A text book master class that is now being fast tracked into coaching manuals so future students of the game can study for years to come
If BBC Two was ever to bring back 100 great sporting moments from back in the day it would be up there at the top of the list with Red Rums 3 Nationals and Roger Bannisters 4 minute mile

Yea less meaningless than when Klopp came to Old Trafford in Feb 2019 and didn't come over the half way line because the season before Rashford had torn Liverpool apart and he wanted a point.
We had already drawn at home with Wolves, Palace and Burnley and three points were there for the taking had Liverpool shown any ambition.
The greatest outcome from all of it though was that come the end of the season Liverpool lost the League to City by.......... a point.

I recall the game chatty speaks of and that wasnt the first time the dippers parked the bus .
In that game Klopp employed a 4- 5 - 1 system so the last thing he should be on about is moaning and groaning at utds approach which as chatty says was a master class from E T H .
Good to see R K rinse the over rated dutch dipper centre back on sky .Terrific stuff from Keano.

You reckon R K Rinsed VVD When he was banging on about arrogance and disrespect? Would that be the same R K Who committed a totally premeditated cowardly assault on Alfie Halaand? How much respect did he show him? The same R K Who arrogantly walked out on his Irish team mates during a world cup, how much respect did he show them? The same R K Who was constantly in the face of referees, how much respect did he show them? He just is a total hypocrite, full stop.

Speyk.
All that is your opinion .
He rinsed the Dutch man i m o .
R K was no better or worse than say Gerard for instance who cried off allegedly injured in a england game midweek but played for the dippers on the saturday .
Thats disrespecting your country i m o .
Are you in full knowledge of the facts re the world cup episode .?
I could go on all night re the players who are and have been in the refs face .Can i assume you havnt sent Roy a christmas card then.
Enjoy your evening .

It is all FACT Not opinion. And regarding his world cup walkout he had a difference of opinion with his manager, so that makes it OK To ditch his team mates does it? And if you want to talk about players crying off from international games then playing for there club days later you are on very very rocky ground there seeing as you had the biggest ever culprit for doing that......A certain Ryan Giggs. How many Wales games did he dodge and play for United days later? And you accuse Gerard of showing disrespect, he may have done but show me any interview were he has a go and calls another player arrogant disrespectful like Keane has just done. He wasn't the only to be in the referees face is right enough but it still makes him a hypocrite accusing someone who is nowhere near as bad as he was regarding arrogance and disrespect.

steven gerard claims in his book that he never took a dive when there,s clear evidence that he did . so why would anyone take gerard,s word for anything as he,s clearly a liar ? .if anyone,s a hypocrite then surely gerard must come into contention for that . talking about being in the refs face has,nt city just got a fine for doing just that ? .

So the antics of every other player excuses the fact that Keane is one of the most arrogant and disrespectful players who ever set foot on a football field criticising another player for what he calls being arrogant and disrespectful. Is that what you are saying? And why is it if anyone tells the truth about a United player past or present you never accept that and just bring up other players? P.S. Were is the evidence of Gerard supposedly diving? Did he ever get booked for it? P.P.S. It's good to see you have read the book of a proper player

Keano and Halaand had previous. Did he show respect when Roy did his cruciate.?
Roys tackle on Halaand at O T .
Halland played on then for Norway a few days later .
Then an op on his LEFT knee .
You should research the ROY world cup incident a little more .
Re disrespect .
Did Gerard not leave villa park under a cloud .?
He held his leaving party in a phone booth .
Gerard - Naysmith .
Gerard - Herrera . At O T. Was that not premeditated given Herrera was running the show .?
Is two footed stamping not disrespectful.?
And you should ask head banger Shearer regarding his incident with Lennon .
My ground is not rocky .
Happy Christmas
